We are seeking a warm, compassionate, and dedicated Registered Clinical Social Worker to join our team and provide full-time, in-person counselling services. Applicants must be registered and in good standing with their professional regulatory body. At least one year of clinical experience is preferred.

The ideal candidate will value working as part of a collaborative and supportive team and demonstrate a strong commitment to continued learning, professional development, and growth in their practice.

We serve clients from diverse Indigenous cultures, communities, and backgrounds, providing counselling services to youth, adults, and couples. Cultural awareness, respect, and a commitment to creating a safe and welcoming environment are essential.

At First Nations Wellness Facility, counsellors have the opportunity to work from their own dedicated office while benefiting from a collaborative team environment. Team members receive support from approachable colleagues, along with ongoing supervision and opportunities to consult and collaborate with Clinical Supervisors in accordance with professional and ethical standards, including the CASW Code of Ethics (2024).
